These little 3-ounce cookies are dangerously soft in the middle, and the peanut butter chips double down on that real peanut flavor. I've already eaten two bags this week, and the pure cane sugar sweetness balances it just right.
The peanut butter flavor is no joke—the chips are studded throughout the soft cookie so every bite hits hard. I grabbed one for a snack and ended up finishing the whole 3oz in one sitting because it’s that rich but not cloying.
I was skeptical about a 3oz cookie being enough, but one of these soft-baked peanut butter cookies with those chips is genuinely satisfying for a sweet craving. The pure cane sugar gives it a nice, clean sweetness that doesn't feel cloying.
