The cinnamon is mixed right through the dough, not just sprinkled on top, so every bite tastes consistent and warm. They're soft without being crumbly, and the cane sugar gives them a nice, clean sweetness that isn't overpowering.

I ordered these for an afternoon pick-me-up, and the cinnamon is perfectly balanced against that soft sugar cookie base. Each 3oz cookie is the right size for a coffee break, and the pure cane sugar gives it a nice, clean sweetness without being cloying.

The texture is spot-on—soft and chewy, just like the description says, and the cinnamon is mixed right through the dough instead of just on top. These 3oz cookies are the perfect size for a quick snack with coffee, and the pure cane sugar gives them a nice, clean sweetness.
